Reverend Marilyn Odom
My passion is performing weddings. I feel that I was created to touch the lives of couples as they pledge their love and devotion to one another. My wedding ministry is a way to express my special talents and gifts - independently and creatively. I graduated from the Barbara King School of Ministry in 1990, after four years of study in affiliation with Hillside Chapel and Truth Center, a leading non-denominational church in Atlanta, GA. I have over 14 years of wedding ceremony officiating experience.
In addition to becoming an ordained minister, I have also earned a Masters Degree in Professional counseling from Georgia State University along with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Savannah State University. As you can see, I have quite a diverse background. The combination of my formal study, my skills and experience enable me to listen to your dreams and help make them a reality on your wedding day. As a non-denominational minister, I will design, create, and perform a unique wedding ceremony just for you.

Your ceremony can be simple, traditional, contemporary, or as elaborate and eclectic as you desire. It can have a spiritual, religious, or civil tone. Regardless of the style, it will be perfect for you.

Review the ceremony design kit that I provide upon request, and together we can customize your ceremony. I believe your wedding should be a personal reflection of your current relationship and future marriage.

I prefer to meet with you in person to discuss your options and ideas, and I will travel throughout the metro Atlanta area to the wedding venue of your choice. I am always available to answer questions and offer guidance and support.
